  • Damaged or missing files or components.
  • Connectivity error in data transfers.
  • Firewall or Internet Security is blocking the sync.
  • Missing QuickBooks Sync Manager Updates.


How to Solve QuickBooks Sync Manager Error?

STEP-1: Solve QuickBooks Sync Manager Problem (Rename your Intuit Sync Manager Folder)

  • Close your QuickBooks Company File and Application.
  • Update the software to the newest release.
  • In the System Tray, double-click Sync Manager Icon.
  • Click the Exit icon to close the sync Manager.
  • Follow the file path Sync Manager folder under C:\Users/username\AppData\Local\Intuit.
  • Generate a new name for Sync Manager folder old
  • Restart your system and start QuickBooks again.
  • Next, try to Sync the info to see if the error is fixed or not.


STEP-2: Resolve the QuickBooks Sync Error Manager 17_7300

  • Go to the Company File.
  • Navigate to the Edit from the menu, then select.
  • Click Integrated Applications in the left panel.
  • Select the Preferences Tab in the right panel.
  • Make a checkmark in the box located beside the Intuit Sync Manager under the Company Preferences
  • Next, try to Sync the information again.


STEP-3: Solve QuickBooks Sync Manager Error 5_13944

  • Check if the server URLs of Sync Manager are active.
  • Verify if they are blocked by Firewall or Internet Security. 
  • The URL’s exceptions need to be configured in your Firewall and the Internet Security Solution.
  • Go to the SyncManager file and delete the crt file.
  • Next, install the QuickBooks Sync Manager.
  • You can reset the Sync settings if it is already installed.
  • Next, sync data again

  • Update your version to the latest release if it is not.
  • Try Syncing again.


STEP-5: Resolve QuickBooks Sync Manager Error in Windows 10

  • Close the application and update it to the newest version.
  • In the System, right-click Sync Manager.
  • Select Exit to close sync Manager.
  • Locate the Sync Manager folder in the path:


  • Type a name SyncManager folder old
  • Restart your system and start the application again (The SynManager folder is automatically created).
  • Try to Sync the information again to resolve the error.
